When you arrive to Athens Venizelos Airport, take the METRO to Athens. The metro station is across the street from the arrivals building, one floor up. You can buy a ticket at the ticket machines or booths. Make sure to take the metro and not the suburban rail.
In the metro, you will travel on the blue line from the airport to Syntagma station in downtown Athens. At Syntagma you must transfer to the RED line, direction to AGIOS ANTONIOS. The first stop on the red line is Station PANEPISTIMIO where you get off the metro (exit to Panepistimiou street). The meeting point is right there.
Alternatively, you get off the metro at SYNTAGMA, and walk northwest on PANEPISTIMIOU STREET towards OMONOIA SQUARE. The University is about 500 m. on your right (before you reach Omonoia).

If you arrive at a later time and cannot take the conference bus:
If you already know that and have given the information when you filled out the travel info form, then you must have received an email by the evening of Thursday, June 3rd, to let you know what has been planned, depending on the time of your arrival.
If your original schedule was to arrive early but you missed your flight or it was delayed, then you will have to come to Nafplio by public transportation or a car rental. Click on the link "Hotel and Travel Information" on the main menu to see detailed instructions on public transportation.
For emergencies or last minute problems in traveling: Call the mobile phone number that was sent to you by email (you must have received the email by Thursday night).
